Delivery by Nova Poshta

Your order will be delivered to the branch or to the specified address. After sending, the TTN number it will appear in your Nova Poshta application. Or, you can ask our manager.

Dispatch usually occurs on the next business day, subject to full payment of the order or partial prepayment if you want to receive the order with cash on delivery. Prepayment is required, if you do not pick it up it is not refundable, it is payment for the delivery of your order and its return. What the prepayment should be can be found here

When you receive an order with cash on delivery, you pay the order amount, from which the prepayment + delivery by Nova Poshta + commission for transferring funds is subtracted. If you have paid for your order in full, then you only pay for delivery.

International delivery

We ship your orders by Ukrposhta all over the world, except Russia and Belarus. Payment for the order is 100% + delivery cost 1200 UAH (approximately $33).
